Rev. Billy Efik is a man after the heart of God with an intense desire to see others grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. He ministers the Word of God with precision, clarity and practicality to equip believers for the work of ministry and the edifying of the Body of Christ.

With a conspicuous anointing of God on his life, his ministry brought healing, deliverance, encouragement, exhortation and comfort to multitudes. Since 1988, he has served in numerous leadership/Pastoral positions in a previous denomination in Africa and the USA.

He founded Victory Tabernacle International Ministries Inc., by the mandate of the Holy Spirit. The first service took place at his home on Sunday 16 th of July 2006 with 18 people in attendance. Victory Tabernacle provides the platform to reach people with the good news of Jesus Christ; relate them to the Church family; raise them into spiritual maturity and; release them to effectively reach others. His ministration has taken him to Africa, Europe and throughout the United States.

Though trained as a Software Developer with a Computer Science degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, he accepted the call and was ordained into fulltime ministry of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

He and his wife, Joy are the parents of Joshua, Isaac and Rhema; and live in Atlanta.
